Several opinion pieces have been submitted and printes by newspapers in the Hampton Roads area concerning ODEC’s proposed 1,500 megawatt power plant for the region.

Brian Moran has linked the Wise Energy for Virginia site from his new blog which voices opposition to the Surry plant, yet he has not explained why he supported and STILL SUPPORTS (as he said in the last debate) the Coal Burning power plant in Wise County. Does anyone understand this? See:
