Pro Coal Plant Proponents Show No Shame

This was brought to my attention by a Surry County resident.

People who are for the proposed coal plant in Surry County have resorted to posting giant signs (four by eight feet) around the County which is obnoxious, and at least in the town of Surry, we have found out recently, its even illegal to post such a large sign without a permit.  However no one has dropped this low until now- someone has put both of these signs in the graveyard on Hollybush Road just outside of Dendron.

That’s right, a political sign and a pro coal plant sign in a graveyard. Whatever your opinion on Deeds, this is calloused placement of a sign. The pro coal plant sign strikes me as calloused as well but also seems to have a hint of Irony to it, considering all the premature deaths that would result from the coal plant if built -but really its just wrong.
